Booking prices for our 3 and 4 bed villas in Central Florida Orlando Kissimmee Poinciana

	Prices quoted are per week per villa, and include all taxes and cleaning.
	All our homes are fully licensed and inspected.
	There is a maid service between lets and a weekly pool service.
	Telephone and Fax service is available.
	For a small extra charge we can arrange food packs, wine and drinks, a meet and greet service from the airport. ( P.O.A.)
	3 Bedroom villa - Sleeps up to 8 adults / children. Prices quoted per week January February Early March November Early December - £375 ($600) April May June - £425 ($660) per week Easter break, July August September and Christmas - £450 ($720 per week)
	4 Bedroom villa - Sleeps up to 10 adults / children. Prices quoted per week January February Early March November Early December - £425 ($720) April May June - £475 ($800) per week Easter break, July August September and Christmas - £525 ($890 per week)
	5 Bedroom villa - Sleeps up to 12 adults / children. Prices quoted per week January February Early March November Early December - £500 ($850) April May June - £600 ($1020) per week Easter break, July August September and Christmas - £700 ($1190 per week) Pool heating add $150 per week

	A booking deposit of £100 ($200) is required payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-returnable should you cancel your booking.
	We require a security deposit of £100 ($200) to cover any breakages etc. This deposit will be returned to you minus any costs to cover any damage etc.
	The balance of your holiday is payable not less than eight weeks before your departure. This includes the balance of the rental fee, the security deposit and any costs such as airport greetings, car hire etc.
	In the event of cancellation between the balance being paid and your departure, your balance and deposit are non-refundable.
