Cumbrian Lakes is a small, upmarket, gated community nestled within a 200 acre conservation area. Trees and lakes are the backdrop to glorious sunsets, where eagles soar above the trees, herons and small alligators feed in the lakes in a conservation area. Set well back off Poinciana Boulevard, about 5 miles south of highway 192. 15 minutes to the magic of Walt Disney World, and only ˝ hour from Orlando International airport. Highway 192 gives great access to all the shops, restaurants and shopping malls you could ever wish for.

The spacious living accommodation is open plan. The family room (which leads onto the pool area) has a wide-screen TV/DVD with surround-sound acoustic system. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjoining breakfast area. There is a separate lounge and dining room in which to relax. The games area upstairs has a TV/VCR with a selection of videos, and a Play station 2 with games.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is upstairs, as are twin and double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Downstairs, there are also twin and double bedrooms sharing a bathroom - the double bedroom leads onto the pool area.
