This  Florida home is situated in the town of Poinciana,
a rural suburb of Kissimmee in central Florida.

This house features a main living
room with large satellite TV, video, DVD and CD stereo system. a family room,
main bedroom with en-suite shower room,
and two guest bedrooms with their
own bathroom.

The double garage contains the air-
conditioning unit, the washing
machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is well appointed and
has all the modern accessories you
could want, from large oven and
fridge freezer to microwave,
dishwasher and waste disposal.

The dining area is in an “L” shape
by the side of the kitchen and looks
out from the patio doors to the pool.

The solar heated pool is tear shaped
and is around 30ft long,  3ft deep at
the shallow end to 6ft at the
deepest end.

The patio area is large and at the
house end has a large canopy area
where people can sit in the shade
when the sun gets too hot.

Our house backs on to a large
wooded copse and so offers
complete privacy to our guests,
and the opportunity to observe the
wildlife that is to be found there.
